We do recommend to adhere to the advice given by the public health department and to stay at home, but if you do need someone to care for your cat we are available. Note: This is not for holidays, but for situations where there is no one to care for your cat.
We will be staying open to care for the cats in our care, but due to COVID-19 there are new procedures for any cats arriving or departing our facility, which includes:
Hand sanitizer will be sitting at the entrance to the cattery.
Cats arriving or departing the cattery will be handed over at the door of the cattery rather than coming into the cattery. (no customers will be permitted to come into the cattery). You can call us on 04 904 0152 or text me 021 145 2195 to let me know you have arrived and I will meet you at the door with your cat or to collect your cat from you, where we can keep appropriate distance.
We can email your invoice or we can text the information to you, so you can pay the bill online. If you do not have access to the internet, please let us know and we can make other arrangements.
We do offer pick up and/or drop off to your door for locals at: $7 for Paraparaumu and Raumati and $10 for Waikanae.
If you have an existing booking please contact us if you need to cancel or if you have any inquiries.
